How to get help and support

1. Start with your ELN Group Admin

  • Your first point of contact for questions, issues, or support is your ELN group admin.
  • They know your team’s setup and can quickly guide you through common problems.

2. Internal Support Email

  • If your group admin cannot resolve the issue, you can reach out to our internal support team.
  • Use this dedicated email: elabjournal@vib.be

3. Emergency Contact

  • For urgent matters that block your work (e.g., system outage, critical data access problems), you may contact the platform provider directly.
  • Emergency email: support@elabnext.com
