1. Start with your ELN Group Admin
- Your first point of contact for questions, issues, or support is your ELN group admin.
- They know your team’s setup and can quickly guide you through common problems.
2. Internal Support Email
- If your group admin cannot resolve the issue, you can reach out to our internal support team.

3. Emergency Contact
- For urgent matters that block your work (e.g., system outage, critical data access problems), you may contact the platform provider directly.
