This course material is designed for synchronous in person courses on:

• spatial transcriptomics and proteomics data analysis
• Python that precede the spatial omics data analysis courses
• the usage of HPC to analyze big data like spatial omics data sets  

The material for the spatial omics data analysis courses was created by Arne Defauw, Frank Vernaillen and Julien Mortier (VIB Spatial Catalyst).
The material of the introductory Python courses and the follow-up course on HPC was created by Janick Mathys (VIB Training and Conferences) with the help of Arne Defauw.
