SpatialData objects for spatial proteomics

SpatialData objects for proteomics are very similar to SpatialData objects for transcriptomics, except for 1 layer: the Images layer.

Since spatial proteomics images differ from spatial transcriptomics images because they contain many channels, corresponding to different stains e.g. the DAPI image and the image of each protein that was measured.

You can visualize these images using plotting functions from Sparrow/Harpy or from the spatialdata-plot package, but you can also visualize them interactively in the napari image viewer.
