AlphaPulldown on the HPC

AlphaPulldown (by EMBL Hamburg) is a Python package that streamlines protein-protein interaction screens and high-throughput modelling of higher-order oligomers using AlphaFold-Multimer. On the HPC, the user is able to run various interactions in parallel, without redundancy in multiple sequence alignment searches, instead of having to verify all interactions one by one.
