One way ANOVA

If you want to compare more than two groups, defined by a single grouping variable you need a one way (1 grouping variable) ANOVA (more than 2 groups) e.g.

• multiple treatments to a control
• multiple genotypes to a wild-type
• cars with 3, 4 and 5 gears….
